This website covers 3 Spanish homes, plus it provides a lot of additional
information to help you plan and book your holiday in Spain at minimum cost.
10 steps to get the best from this web site:
Step 1- Find out 'About The Area' and what
it has to offer. See the map below.
Step 2 - Tour the 3 villas and decide 'Which
Villa' is best suited for your type of holiday and check out the prices.
Step 3 - Use the Availability Calendar for your selected villa to choose suitable
dates for your holiday.
Step 4 - Use the 'Holiday Planning' pages for:
Getting to Spain, Flights, Airport parking, Car rental, Ferries & tunnels, Staying safe,
Driving in Spain & other useful information. But don't book yet!
Step 5 - Contact us (by phone if you have our
number) or email, to find out if your choice of dates are really still available, as sometimes the
calendar may not have been updated for a few days. We will then hold your dates provisionally for
48 hours to give you time to book your transport etc.
Step 6 - Book your flights, Holiday insurance, car hire etc.
Step 7 - Confirm your booking with us, firstly by phoning so we know ASAP that
you have got flights etc booked, and then by sending your 25% deposit (100% if 60 days or less to
the start of your holiday). Please email your flight details: dates, times, which airports, so we
can provide directions & routes etc. and let us know any mobile phone number you might use
while in Spain.
Step 8 - We then send you written confirmation of your booking - usually by
email.
Step 9 - Pay balance 60 days before departure, and we will send information pack (including
maps) and then keys a couple of weeks before your holiday.
Step 10 - Go and have a wonderful holiday!

The holiday villas are located in the south-east corner of Spain (bottom
